ZAKK WYLDE Files Lawsuit Against 357 CUSTOMS

Guitarist Zakk Wylde (BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, OZZY OSBOURNE) has filed a lawsuit against the chopper company 357 Customs over a deal allegedly offered by 357 Customs whereby any Wylde fans who bought a $100 gift certificate to their online store for their merchandise and a miniature model of a chopper (three colors available that match Zakk's custom Epiphone guitars) would automatically receive the same-color Epiphone actual model (valued at $799) for "free."

Wylde had previously issued the following statement regarding the matter: "Beserkers, nobody is more upset by 357's unscrupulous activities than I am, and I assure you that I did not know about or approve any of these activities. That is why I have directed my attorneys to take all steps necessary to address this situation. I realize it has been frustrating for you waiting for information, and as soon as the attorneys report to me next week, I will update you with a more complete statement."
